• Those who wish that the internal struggle may cease and the country may march forward should concentrate upon creating conditions which will make struggle inevitable. This requires patient and solid work among the people. We have too often concentrated on criticising others and have neglected the spade work. There is no doubt that our success in launching a united national struggle depends wholly upon our success in moving the masses.
